At Digg & Co. we restore land.

We form deep ecological connections and repair the relationship our society has with natural systems. 

Our founding mantra is that through our work and collaborations, we will see the remarkable abundance of the natural world return to every corner of Great Britain and beyond. Our work rebuilds landscapes which buffer the ravages of human created climate change and offers natural systems time to adapt and thrive. We follow in the footsteps of E.O. Wilson in living the odyssey that the 21st century has to be the ‘era of restoration.’ 

We write about this kind of thing in our Journal.

Since 2016, when we first embarked on this journey, we have designed, planned and advised on projects from the highlands of Scotland to the rainforests of Cornwall. In total a land area exceeding 250,000 hectares. We also manage our own land, where we experiment with holistic restoration techniques. 

We work at all scales in all landscapes, from the urban to the wild and we do this by appropriately recognising the space we are designing in. Using complimentary skills and know-how, such as permaculture design, regenerative agriculture, rewilding principles, landscape architecture and architecture. Digg & Co’s team is purposefully multi-disciplinary for this reason and subsequently we offer a wide range of ecology, restoration and design skills to bring projects swiftly to real world delivery.
