In May 2022 - As part of the second phase of building Ash Barn, we embarked on building the studio alongside Ollie from OTF Construction. The build’s structure is an Oak and Douglas fir timber frame from Devon Oak. By continuously prioritising natural and sustainable materials we created a unique build. A few note worthy features are the suspend floor atop reclaimed rubble gabion baskets, sheep’s wool and woodfibre insulation within the walls, and a green roof on top bursting with life!
